Coaching Philosophy

As a Coach, Educator, and Sport Psychology Consultant, with over seven years of experience engaging
and challenging students to reach their full potential, I believe it is critical to show respect for each
student: the individual, situation, and efforts. This student-centered approach motivates and encourages
students to feel comfortable, reciprocate respect, develop self-efficacy, and achieve at the highest level.
