For five days in early-December, Hylah Prussak, Maddie Long, and Aly Perkins will train and learn from the best coaches in the country at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.   • Local Water Polo Players Excel In National Water Polo Tournament Orange County Water Polo Club (OCWPC) Begins New Season After Strong Showing At 2011 National Junior Olympics For the last forty-two years, the National Junior Olympic Water Polo Tournament has been the venue for the best clubs in the nation to compete against one another. During this 4-day tournament, over 300 teams compete at all levels ranging from 10 and Under through the Masters level.   • OC Water Polo Girls - Developing Next Generation Competitors  2011 CDM 12u Tournament Coach Perkins and Ava  2011 14u National Junior Olympic Qualifier   In the Fall of 2010, Kevin Perkins and his two daughters began to look for an existing team where he could build a next generation water polo program for girls. Perkins, a San Clemente High School alumni, felt like there was an opportunity to add to the competitive landscape of existing area clubs while making it entirely fun for his daughters and their teammates. By focusing on fundamentals, teamwork, and game scenarios, he has built up the team within a year to qualify for the National Junior Olympic tournament.
